My origin story
Hi, I am Audrey and I am happy to have the opportunity to connect with you. My hope is that in sharing my story those that have contracts with me will be able to find me and connect.
As a child, I grew up loving the outdoors and nature. I was always exploring and finding adventures, finding solace in the world around me. I loved to dance and sing and connect to the Potawatomi heritage from my Grandmother (although I had not met her before her passing). From a very young age, I was aware of energy around me and that there was an “interest” in me. As is the case for many, when I would feel or sense these energies as a child I was told it was my imagination, that it wasn’t real. I was raised in a very religious family and school where asking questions that challenged these beliefs was discouraged. In not having anyone to discuss these experiences with, they were shut down.
For the first part of my life things were mostly good, I had stability and opportunities, but my parents were not always emotionally present - I do not judge them for this. Around the age of 7 life shifted in every way as I had known it and I went into a period of life being very hard. It wasn’t until I was several years out of college and had establishing my own life and family this things felt safe again. Without going into deep detail here these experiences included: parental illness, divorce, step-parents and siblings, loss/grief, trauma, unhealthy relationships, and substance use.
I was the first generation to attend college and went to become a mental health therapist. I found it interesting to understand psychology, the mind, relationships, and trauma after all I had already encountered in life. I immersed myself in school and followed the path of becoming a counselor after graduation, and after many years started my own successful private practice. Even though I had a successful business, professional training in mental health, a wonderful family and husband, and a beautiful home I still felt angry, resentful, anxious, and experienced seasonal depression.
My spiritual awakening journey began after having a Reiki healing session. This was the turning point of a full transformation in my life, and the changes have been profound. I went on a journey to be trained as a trauma-informed yoga instructor where my inner peace and connection to God/Source became very strong. I reconnected with nature and began creative artwork and writing poems again (which I had not done in decades), singing, and rediscovering the simple beauty in the nature around me. I could see it all as a gift and that I was so much more powerful in my divine creation from God/Source than I had ever realized.
Once home, I was trained in Reiki and Ama-Deus to start offering energy healings to others. I also took courses on intuition, spiritual awakening, my higher self and bringing healing and forgiveness to all aspects of myself and others from all lifetimes. The immense relief I felt in my body, my thoughts, my heart, my relationships, and my everyday life was forever changed.
I have been awakened to being an ancient that is here to fulfill my soul mission and am very passionate about sharing my gifts with those that are contracted with me. I am the bridge between Source and Earth as a guardian of the light and distortions, and my highest ascension point holds a great resonance with the White Buffalo Woman and will manifest in this way to hold groundedness and Earth energy.
I assist in understanding your purpose and gifts for success with significance by accessing the blueprint of your soul (soleil) through Human Design. Together we access and co-create in your Akashic records to clear trauma and old patterns or beliefs that are no longer serving you and create the reality you wish to have, along with clearing with energy healing and gift activations. I offer private containers and retreats with those that are contracted for an exchange with me.
My personal journey has allowed me to give myself so much grace, love, and honor in who I am and how I see myself, how I see the world, and how I see the people in it. I strive to see the world now from joy, possibility, and neutrality and get further along on this path every day. I am here to clear the distortions of the world from others in this same way, and I feel so much more complete than I ever have and want the same for you!
